When you delete a property that has entries logged against it, REPSLog asks what you want to do with those entries before anything is removed.
Your Choices
- Keep the entries and move them to another property of the same type (LTR or STR), or to Unassigned if no other property fits. Your log history is preserved.
- Delete the entries along with the property. The entries and their attachments are removed. This cannot be undone.
If the property has no entries, you get a simple confirmation and no choice is needed.
Troubleshooting
I deleted a property and my entries are gone
If you chose "Delete the entries", those entries have been removed and cannot be recovered. If you chose to keep them, check under the property you moved them to, or under Unassigned.
I want to undo the deletion
Deleting a property is permanent. If you need the property back, add it again from Settings. If the entries were kept, they are still in your log under whatever property they were moved to.
