If you rent short-term on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or a similar site, you can connect that site's calendar to REPSLog so your guest stays appear alongside your regular calendar events. REPSLog will suggest an entry for each stay, and you can add it in one tap instead of typing the whole thing. This works on iPhone, Android, and the web app.
Tip: Booking Calendars is a Premium feature. Free accounts can open the page and see how it works, but connecting a calendar requires Premium or an active trial.
Supported Sites
REPSLog has step-by-step instructions for 25 booking sites: Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, Booking.com, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Guesty, Lodgify, Hostfully, Expedia, Houfy, Guesty For Hosts, Smoobu, iGMS, Uplisting, Hostex, Cloudbeds, Tokeet, Beds24, Lodgix, Agoda, Plum Guide, Hosthub, Smily and Your.Rentals. Any other site that gives you a standard iCal (.ics) link works through the Other iCal option. If your site is not listed, choose Other iCal: any site that publishes a standard iCal (.ics) feed will work.
How to Connect
- Open Settings and tap Booking Calendars.
- Tap Connect a Booking Calendar.
- Choose the site your bookings live on. A searchable grid shows every supported site.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to find and copy the iCal export link from that site. Each site has its own steps, and REPSLog shows them for the site you picked. Where the export is only available on the site's website (not their phone app), it will tell you that too.
- Paste the link into REPSLog.
- Give the calendar a nickname (required, and unique on your account) and optionally assign it to a property.
- Tap Connect.
Stays from that calendar will begin appearing in your REPSLog calendar within a few minutes.
About the instructions per site
The step-by-step instructions for each site were verified against that site's own help centre. Booking sites do change their settings pages, so if the steps do not match what you see, each site also links to its own help article where one exists. If something has moved and neither set of instructions works, contact us and we will update them.
What Booking Calendars Shows You
- Your guest stays appear on the calendar alongside your regular events and any cloud calendar you have connected.
- Each stay shows the check-in and checkout dates and the site it came from. REPSLog keeps only the dates, whether it is a stay or a block, and the reservation code where the site includes one; guest names, emails, phone numbers and occupancy are discarded.
- For upcoming stays, REPSLog suggests entries you can add in one tap. Tap the stay to see the suggestion, review it, and add it to your log.
Managing Your Booking Calendars
All your connected booking calendars are listed in Settings > Booking Calendars, grouped by property.
- Edit. Swipe a row (on the phone) or tap the pencil icon to change the nickname or the assigned property.
- Refresh. Open the edit sheet and tap Refresh to pull the latest stays right now, instead of waiting for the next automatic sync.
- Delete. Swipe and tap the delete icon, then confirm. The stays from that calendar are removed from your REPSLog calendar. Entries you already added to your log are not affected.
You can connect one calendar per booking site per property. If you have two Airbnb listings at different properties, you would connect each one under its own property.
Booking Calendars vs. Calendar Sync
These are two separate features:
- Calendar Sync reads the calendar app already on your phone (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar) or a connected Google/Microsoft account. It shows your personal events.
- Booking Calendars reads an iCal feed from a booking site. It shows your guest stays.
You can use both at the same time, and they appear together on the same calendar view. See How to Use the REPSLog Calendar Integration for setting up Calendar Sync.
Troubleshooting
No stays are showing up
Check that the iCal link you pasted is the correct one. Some sites have multiple links (bookings only, availability, master calendar). Use the one that exports reservations or bookings. If your site is Airbnb, note that the iCal export is only available on the Airbnb website, not the Airbnb phone app.
A stay disappeared from the calendar
REPSLog reflects what the booking site publishes. If the dates of an upcoming reservation change on the booking site, the stay updates here too, and an upcoming stay that disappears from the site is treated as a cancellation. Some sites only publish upcoming stays, but REPSLog keeps every stay it has already imported, so your history stays in place after the site stops listing it.
I see blocked dates mixed in with bookings
Some sites (Booking.com, Cloudbeds, Lodgix) export blocked dates and bookings together, because their iCal feed marks both the same way. There is no way for REPSLog to tell them apart in that case.
The link stopped working
Some sites let you reset or revoke the iCal link from their settings. If the old link was invalidated, you need to get a new one from the booking site and reconnect it here. REPSLog will tell you if a link it is trying to read is no longer valid.
I connected but the wrong stays are showing
Make sure you copied the link for the right listing or unit. On sites that have multiple rooms or units, each one has its own iCal link.
