If you log the same kinds of work often, REPSLog can learn what those are and offer them back on your dashboard as one-tap entries. Instead of opening a blank form and filling in the property, category, duration, and participant every time, you tap the suggestion and the form opens prefilled. This works on iPhone, Android, and the web app.
Tip: Suggested entries are a Premium feature. On a free plan, the dashboard shows a card explaining the feature and tapping it opens the upgrade screen.
How It Works
- Once you have logged at least 20 entries, a Suggested for You section appears on your dashboard.
- The first time you see it, REPSLog asks whether to turn it on. Your recent entries are sent to our AI providers (who work for us under contract and never use your data to train their models) to work out the patterns.
- Tap Turn on suggestions to enable, or Not now to dismiss. You can always turn it on later from Settings > AI and Privacy.
- Once on, a horizontal row of suggestion cards appears. Each card shows the activity, the property, and the typical duration. Tap one and the entry form opens prefilled. Review the fields and save.
The suggestions update weekly based on your recent activity, so they stay current as your work changes.
What the Cards Show
Each suggestion card is built from your own history. It fills in the property, category, participant, and an estimated duration. You can change any field before saving, and the entry is yours to edit afterwards like any other.
If your log so far is mostly one kind of work, you may see only one or two suggestions. As you log more variety, more cards appear (up to ten).
The Offer Card
Before you have turned suggestions on, the dashboard shows an offer card. What it says depends on your account:
- Premium with 20+ entries: the card invites you to turn suggestions on.
- Premium with fewer than 20 entries: the card tells you to keep logging until you reach 20.
- Free plan: the card explains the feature and tapping it opens the upgrade screen.
You can dismiss the offer card. Dismissing it does not turn suggestions off if they are already running; it just hides the card from the dashboard.
Turning It Off
- Open Settings > AI and Privacy.
- Switch off AI Entries Suggestions.
- Confirm with Turn off.
Your dashboard stops showing suggestions and we delete the profile we derived from your entries. Smart search and attachment search are not affected. You can turn it back on any time.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Suggested for You on my dashboard
Check that you have at least 20 entries and a Premium plan. If you recently upgraded or reached 20 entries, the section may take a moment to appear.
The suggestions do not match what I do anymore
Suggestions refresh weekly. If your work has changed recently, give it a week and they should catch up. You can also turn suggestions off and back on to trigger a fresh analysis.
I dismissed the card and want it back
The offer card reappears on the dashboard whenever suggestions are off and the conditions are met (Premium, 20+ entries). If you turned suggestions on and then off, the card comes back.
A delegate cannot see or change suggestions
Suggestions are tied to the account owner. If you were invited to someone else's account, suggestions reflect the owner's history and the controls in AI and Privacy are read only.
