How the REPSLog Referral Program Works

Every REPSLog account has a personal invite link. When a friend installs REPSLog through your link, they get a discount on an annual plan, and once they complete 30 days of a paid subscription you receive an Amazon gift card by email: $30 if they chose Annual Premium, $20 if they chose Annual Starter. This guide shows you where to find your link, what your friend sees, and when the reward arrives. The link can be copied from the iPhone app, the Android app or the web app.

Before You Start

• The program is open on every plan, including Free. You do not need a subscription of your own to refer someone.
• Your friend must be new to REPSLog. An account that has subscribed before, on any platform, does not qualify.
• A co-host or a fellow Airbnb or Vrbo host who tracks hours for the STR loophole can be referred like anyone else. They get their own account and their own per-property hour counters; the link is not for adding someone to your account.
• The discount is on the annual plans only. Monthly plans are offered at the regular price.
• If you use REPSLog as a managed account (someone else invited you to their account), the Refer a Friend option is not shown. Only the account owner can refer.

Find and Copy Your Invite Link

1. Open REPSLog and go to Settings.
2. Tap Refer a Friend, Get $30. On iPhone and Android you can also tap the Refer a Friend, Get a $30 Amazon Gift Card banner on your dashboard.
3. On the Refer a Friend page, tap Copy Invite Link. A message appears: Invite link copied to clipboard.
4. Paste it into a text message, an email, a group chat or anywhere else. The clipboard already contains a short message ("Download REPSLog using my link and get $20 off the annual plan.") followed by your link.

Tip: Your link never changes, so you can post it once in a group or keep it in your notes. Every new friend who subscribes through it counts as a separate referral.

What Your Friend Sees

1. Your friend taps the link. On a phone it opens the App Store or Google Play so they can install REPSLog. On a computer it opens the REPSLog website, and the referral is remembered when they sign up on the web app.
2. They create their account as usual.
3. Their subscription screen is headed Your Friend invited you to REPSLog! The annual plans show the referral price with the regular price crossed out. On the web checkout this is $179.99 instead of $199.99 for Annual Premium and $134.99 instead of $149.99 for Annual Starter.
4. They choose a plan and tap Start 14 Day Free Trial. The 14-day free trial still applies; the discounted annual price starts when the trial ends.

Tip: If your friend sees the message Referral offer is only valid for new users, their account has subscribed to REPSLog before and the offer cannot be applied.

When You Receive the Gift Card

The reward is paid once your friend has signed up for the free trial and then completed 30 days of a paid subscription. After that, an Amazon gift card is emailed to the address on your REPSLog account:

• Annual Premium: $30 gift card
• Annual Starter: $20 gift card

A friend who cancels during the trial, or in the first month of the paid plan, does not count as a completed referral.

Troubleshooting

I do not see "Refer a Friend" in Settings.

The option is hidden when you are signed in as a managed account on someone else's REPSLog account. Switch to your own account and open Settings again. If it is still missing, make sure you are on the latest version of the app.

My friend installed the app but did not get the referral price.

The referral is recorded when your friend opens your link and then installs and signs up. If they installed REPSLog from the store directly, or already had an account, the link may not have been connected. Ask them to open your link again before subscribing. If they have not subscribed yet and it still does not show, contact us with your email and your friend's email and we will check the connection.

My friend subscribed more than 30 days ago and I have not received a gift card.

First confirm with your friend that they chose an annual plan and that the subscription is still active. Then contact us with the email on your account and your friend's email, and we will look it up.

Copy Invite Link does not work.

The button is disabled for a couple of seconds after each tap to avoid double copies. Wait a moment and try again. If you see Failed to copy invite link, restart the app; on the web app, make sure your browser allows clipboard access for app.reps-log.com.

Can my friend use a coupon code on top of the referral discount?

No. When the referral offer is applied, the checkout uses the referral price and does not offer a promotion code field. One discount applies per subscription.
